Illegal Afghan held in Ghizar

Gahkuch: A suspected Afghan national, travelling without documents, has been arrested at a police check point, police said on Tuesday.

According to police, the Afghan national was arrested at Sher Qilla check point where outsiders were subject to required to get themselves identified, before entering the district. Police said that the suspect had no any document and travelling in a mini passenger bus which was on its way to Ghizar from Gilgit.

“The suspect has been shifted to Seengal police station where case registered against him. He will be produced before Session judge tomorrow,” police said.

Meanwhile, Senior Superintended has order to tighten the security at all entry and exit check points. He also appealed masses to inform police in case of presence of suspected persons in their areas.
